Google Play and the Apple App Store require a way to delete an account created in the app, including a path that works if you no longer have the app installed. This page explains both options for Paint Store.
Caution: Permanent Action
Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, saved colours, and history. This action cannot be undone.
Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)
If you still have the app installed and can sign in:
- Open the Paint Store app on your phone.
- Go to Profile (account menu).
- Tap Delete account.
- Read the warnings, enter your password, and confirm.
Your account will be anonymised immediately and you will be signed out on all devices.
Option 2: Delete without the app
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it, email us from the same email address registered on your account:
Email deletion requestInclude your full name and a clear confirmation that you want the account permanently deleted. We aim to complete requests within 30 days. We may ask you to verify ownership of the email or phone before finalizing the deletion.
Other account types
Contractor, business or admin accounts cannot be deleted from the customer mobile app because they may own public listings. Email info@paintstore.in to request closure.
